A playful first step into composing. Students build a short musical idea and answer it, learning how call and response works and how to hold a clear shape while inventing freely. Students love the absurdity of pairing cinematic Star Wars sounds with cat meows. It removes the fear of making mistakes because the sounds are inherently fun, allowing them to focus entirely on building rhythm and structure without feeling self-conscious.
